Exchanges & Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at thetropicala@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure the items and parcels are properly secured. We are not responsible for any lost mail returned without tracking number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for examples:

Slight differences in measurements (1 - 2 cm)
Slight misalignments of seams or inner lining
Dropped buttons which can be sewn on easily
Different placements of prints due to the fabric cutting which does not affect the overall appearance
Minor defects such as loose thread
Slight colour differences due to monitor resolutions and outdoor lighting
Sales items purchased during promotional period are strictly ineligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We accept exchanges and returns for the following reasons:

Incorrect item
Defect Item
Issues with sizes or fit

Only a one-time exchange or return is allowed.

Refunds

Refunds are strictly not allowed.

If the item is not available any more after placing the order, you will be issued in-store credits (valid for 3 months).
